Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio (COA) The Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio (COA, link: help4seniors.org) is an Area Agency on Aging (AAA) that services the Cincinnati area. Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio The Council on Aging works in five counties in the Cincinnati area to enhance the lives of adults by assisting them to remain independent at home through a range of quality services. They are working in conjunction with The Greater Cincinnati Health Council.
